Where do leads come from?+
Automatically from WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook chats, your website chatbot, Meta lead ads, Google Business and voice calls — as soon as the customer shares a phone number or email. You can add leads by hand too.
How does AI lead scoring work?+
Each lead gets a score from 0 to 100 based on what they've done — asking for a price, a quote or a demo, booking, replying, paying — with the reasons shown. Hot is 80 and above, warm 60 and above, and you can change both.
Will AI follow-up message customers without me?+
Only if you switch it on, and you choose how: fully automatic, hybrid, or every message waiting for your approval. It keeps to quiet hours and daily limits, and stops as soon as the customer replies.
Can my team use it?+
Yes. Assign leads to team members, and each person's My Day shows only the leads that are theirs. The owner sees everything, and can move an absent agent's leads to someone else in one step.
