Do I need to know how to code?+
No. Every step is configured with forms and dropdowns on the canvas. There is an optional API Request step for businesses that want to call their own systems, but no chatbot needs it.
Which channel does it run on?+
WhatsApp, through your own WhatsApp Business API number. Replies, buttons, lists, forms and payment links all arrive as native WhatsApp messages.
Can the chatbot answer questions I didn't script?+
Yes. The AI Reply step answers from your business details, services and FAQs — so a customer who asks something off-script still gets a real answer, not a menu.
What happens when the chatbot can't help?+
A handover step moves the conversation to your team in the Unified Inbox with everything collected so far, and the chatbot stays quiet on that chat until it's resolved.
Can it take bookings and payments?+
Yes. A date & time step lets customers pick a slot inside WhatsApp, a callback step books a call into your team's day, and a payment link step sends a Pay button through your own Razorpay account.
