Send & Generate media link
Send brochures, price lists, photos and videos in a chat with one click, and get a shareable link to any file.

Upload the file once
Media Library → Upload. Images, videos, PDFs and audio are kept there for every part of the app.

Get its link
In Media Library, click Copy link on the file. That's a public link you can paste into a message, an email, a template or anywhere else.

Save it as a canned message
In any chat, type / in the message box (or tap the book icon), then the gear icon to manage canned messages → New. Choose the type (image, video, audio or document), pick the file from your Media Library or paste a link, and add a caption.

Send it in a chat
Type / and the first letters of its name, or open the picker from the book icon, and choose it — the file goes out with its caption.
Good to know
- WhatsApp accepts JPG/PNG images, MP4 video and PDF documents; other types are converted or refused with a reason.
- Free-form messages, media included, can only be sent within 24 hours of the customer's last message. After that, use a template with a media header.
