Partner Program Terms

Joining

We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion. An approved Partner gets a unique referral link and a partner dashboard. You must be at least 18 and give accurate details, including where we should pay you.

How referrals are credited

A business is credited to you when it creates a new GrowNextAI account within 90 days of opening your link on the same browser. If it opens another Partner's link afterwards, the most recent link is credited. An account is credited once, at sign-up, and stays credited to that Partner.

Your own account, and any account using your email address or phone number, is never credited. Existing customers, and accounts created only to earn a commission, are not eligible.

Commission

You earn 20% of the first subscription payment made by each business credited to you, worked out on the price before GST and after any discount or coupon, unless we have agreed a different rate with you in writing; your dashboard always shows your current rate. It is a one-time commission: renewals and later payments by the same business do not earn commission. If that first payment is refunded, the business's next subscription payment counts as its first.

Credit top-ups, add-ons and taxes do not earn commission. Payments made in another currency are converted to rupees at the rate we use for billing.

Refunds and reversals

If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is cancelled. If it has already been paid to you, the same amount is deducted from your next payout.

Payouts

Each commission becomes payable 7 days after the payment it was earned on. We pay monthly, by UPI or bank transfer to the details in your dashboard, once your payable balance is ₹500 or more; a smaller balance carries over. You are responsible for giving correct payout details.

Taxes: where TDS applies, it is deducted and shown on the payout. Add your PAN so it is deducted at the right rate. You are responsible for your own income tax and GST, if any.

How you may promote

Be honest about what GrowNextAI does and costs. Do not send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, make false or exaggerated claims, impersonate GrowNextAI or its staff, bid on our brand name in paid search, offer cash back or incentives we have not approved, or promote us on sites with unlawful or adult content. Follow the rules of every platform you use.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your participation if you break these terms, if we detect fraud or self-referral, or if we close the program. While suspended, your link does not credit new accounts. On termination for a breach, unpaid commission may be forfeited; otherwise, commission already payable is paid in the next payout.

Changes

We may change these terms or the program's rates and settings. Changes apply from the date they're published here and do not reduce commission already earned.

Relationship

You are an independent partner, not an employee, agent or representative of Cyberweb Digital Private Limited, and you may not make commitments on our behalf. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
